yep, i want a lotus tatto, the thing that i loved about your tattoo is that it only has one color, i personally dont like colored tats (mine are all black) but im cosidering getting a pink lotus.

HOLY CROW I LOVE YOUR TATTTOOOO if the lotus is the new tatoo you mentioned!! i forgot to reply before i went away this weekend, i did not use my d70 for the super close-up shots, those were either smaller digital cameras or my film camera.
to focus at a very close range, for our nikons, you'll need a macro lens, which is priiiiiiicey!
depending on the lens you bought your D40 with, you'll recognise the minimum distance you have to be away from something to focus. i am going to go look at your pictures, but from a glance, they look awsome!
